I chose the magnitude upgrade and my purr did not get bigger
I chose the mitosis upgrade and I neither got two tails nor did I start leaking two acid puddles at a time
I feel scammed
After beating level 2 with a lucky run, I'm now stuck on level 3. All upgrades are too expensive and I can barely earn any eyes. Can I go back to a previous level? It was much easier to earn eyes on level 2.
Edit: I made it! Projectile builds > AoE builds. Thanks for the nice game!
thank you so much for playing and the feedback! there is a problem with some weapons where they don't upgrade properly, thank you for bringing this to our attention! a fix is incoming :D
For the performance issues at 9 minutes in, I've done some additional performance patches that just went into the most recent builds, so hopefully that's less of an issue.

To be fair, mitosis upgrade says projectile in the description, which means only bullet-ike atack would multiply

Very addictive and impressive for a first project, especially when I think back about my first game lol.
I like that there is stuff to find and interact with. (Haven't played through all stages yet, so I hope there's new stuff in all stages)
There was some heavy lag going on at about 9 minutes in, maybe I just didn't kill the enemies fast enough >:)
Also I feel bad about beating up all those birds, the art on those was so beautiful. Didn't mind the caterpillars though.
EDIT: One more thing I would like to see is a lot more JUICE for attack impacts, collecting EXP, leveling up, etc...

I played a bit more today, made it quite far in level 3 and didn't notice any lag.
